Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) (Amendment)

Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the

Housing Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the

following order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) (Amendment) Open official source

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 3) (Amendment) Order, 2012, and it shall be read

and construed as one with the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 3) Order, 2010 hereinafter referred to as “the principal

order”.

Reg. 2 Amends article 4 of the principal order. — Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) (Amendment) Open official source

Item (7) of article 4 of the principal order shall be

amended as follows

(a) for the words “231.63 square metres” there shall

be substituted the words “377.04 square metres”; and

(b) for the words “P.D. 2009_653” there shall be

substituted the words “P.D. 2009_653_B”.
