Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 4) Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the

Housing Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 4) Order, 2012.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority

Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the

aforesaid article with effect from the 16th July, 2012.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

A plot of land consisting of Plot 11, having an area of

approximately 354 square metres in Triq Bir Miftuħ, Gudja

Housing Estate, Phase III, in Gudja and is bounded on the

North-West by property of the Housing Authority or its

successors in title, on the North-East by Triq Bir Miftuħ and

on the South-West by Triq Toni Zammit. Plot 11 is registered

with the Government as Tenement Number X03018. This

land was acquired by the Government by Deed No. 118 dated

10th April, 1985 and by Deed No. 433 dated 16th December,

1991, both in the acts of Notary F. Portelli and by President’s

Declaration No. 310 dated 7th March, 2012 and is shown

edged in red and marked “Plot 11” on plan P.D. 107_96_4.
