Maltapost p.l.c. Licence (Modification) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticles (1) and (2) of
article 80 and by article 81 of the Postal Services Act, the Minister for
Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, after consultation
with the Malta Communications Authority, has made the following
regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Maltapost p.l.c. Licence Title.
(Modification) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, and these
regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Maltapost S.L. 254.14
p.l.c. Licence (Modification) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as
"the principal regulations".
The Appendix of the Schedule to the principal regulations Amends the
