Local Wardens (Amendment) Regulations, 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 24 of the Private
Guards and Local Wardens Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has
made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Local Wardens
(Amendment) Regulations, 2012, and these regulations shall be read
and construed as one with the Local Wardens Regulations, hereinafter
referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 3 of the principal regulations. — Local Wardens (Amendment) Regulations, 2012

In the third proviso to regulation 3 of the principal
regulations for the words "who is forty years and over" there shall be
substituted the words "who is thirty years and over".
