COLLECTIVE PROCEEDINGS ACT, 2012

Commencement Notice

In exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Collective Proceedings Act, the Prime Minister has established the 1 st

August, 2012 as the date when the provisions of the said Act shall be

deemed to have come into force.
