Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 7) Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 7) Order, 2012.

The land described in article 4 is hereby specified for the

purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 1st January, 2012 be

deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C

28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order consists of an

area of land, including any building thereon, at Zejtun shown

bordered in red on plan P.D. 2012_312, which plan is enrolled in the

Records of Notary Tania Spiteri by virtue of a deed of the 28th March
