EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012

(ACT NO. XIII OF 2012)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Education (Amendment) Act, 2012, the Minister of Education and

Employment has established the following dates of commencement

(a)

1st August, 2012 as the date when all the

provisions of the said Act excluding articles 18 and 19 shall

come into force; and

(b)

1st November, 2013 as the date when articles 18

and 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
