Simplifying Terms and Conditions of Transfers of

Defence-Related Products Regulations, 2011

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3 of the

Supplies and Services Act, and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the

Simplifying Terms and Conditions of Transfers of Defence-Related

Products Regulations, 2011, as published by Legal Notice 435 of

2011, the Minister for Fair Competition, Small Business and

Consumers, has established the 30th June, 2012, as the date when all

the provisions of these said regulations shall be deemed to have come

into force.
