Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Council For Maltese Living Abroad Act, the Minister of

Foreign Affairs has established the 22nd July, 2012, as the date when

all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
