STABILITY SUPPORT UNDER THE EUROPEAN

STABILITY MECHANISM ACT, 2012

(ACT No. XII of 2012)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Participation and Granting of Financial Stability Support under the

European Stability Mechanism Act, 2012, the Minister of Finance,

the Economy and Investment has established the 17th July, 2012, as

the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
