(ACT NO. XI OF 2012)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Crimes Against the Environment Act, 2012, the Minister

responsible for Justice has established the 20th July, 2012 as the date

when the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
