Order establishing the Malta Resources Authority as
the competent authority for the European Community
Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations, 2005
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 9 of the
Environment and Development Planning Act, the Minister
responsible for the Environment has established the Malta Resources
Authority as the competent authority with respect to the European
Community Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations,
