Kunsill Malti gall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta, acting on the advice of the Minister

responsible for land, has made the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport Citation.

(Transfer of Designated Property) Order, 2012.

The property described in article 4 of this Order is hereby Designated

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use property.

and management of all rights and obligations appertaining to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this Appointed day.

Order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport as

provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st January,

2011.

The property referred to in article 2 of this Order is the Description of

designated

following, that is to say

property.

The site at Kerëem, Gozo, registered as Encroachment No

E 26466 having an area of approximately three hundred and

sixty-six square metres (366m 2 ) and bounded on the North and

West by Government property and on the South by private

property as indicated edged in red on P.D.2011_584.
