(Employment with Malta Resources Authority) Order, 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the
Pensions Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the
President has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Pensions Ordinance

Reg. 2 Designation in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance. — Pensions Ordinance

With effect from 2 February 2001, the Malta Resources
Authority is being designated as an entity with which an officer
who terminates Government service may take up full time
employment in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance and for the
purposes thereof.
