Administrative Committees for Communities

(Amendment) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 72 of the Local

Councils Act, the Minister for Home and Parliamentary Affairs has

made the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Administrative

Committees for Communities (Amendment) Regulations, and they

shall be read and construed as one with the Administrative

Committees for Communities Regulations hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations".

Regulation 11 of the principal regulations shall be

susbstituted by the following new regulation:-

" The term of office
