Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Dialogue and the

Family has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Administrative

Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) (Amendment No. 2)

Regulations, 2012 and these regulations shall be read and construed

as one with the Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of

Panels) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st June,

2012.

Immediately after regulation (4)(d) of the principal

regulations there shall be added the following paragraph

"(e)

the Malta Freeports Act.".

Immediately after regulation (8)(g) of the principal

regulations there shall be added the following paragraph

"(h)

the Voluntary Organisations Act.”.
