Enterprise Support Incentives (Amendment) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 5 of the

Malta Enterprise Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment, in consultation with the Malta Enterprise Corporation,

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Enterprise Support

Incentives (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Enterprise Support

Incentives Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

Regulation 13 of the principal regulations shall be

amended as follows

(a)

in the first proviso to subregulation (1) thereof, for

the words "till the 31st December 2011" there shall be

substituted the words "till the 31st December 2012";

(b) in paragraph (a) of subregulation (2) thereof, for the

words "as on the 10th November 2009" there shall be

substituted the words "as on the 1st January 2012";

(c)

in the second proviso to subregulation (3) thereof,

for the words "year of assessment 2014" there shall be

substituted the words "year of assessment 2015"; and

(d) in subregulation (7) thereof, for the words "by not

later than the 31st March 2012" there shall be substituted the

words "by not later than the 31st March 2013".
