Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Freedom of Information Act 2008, the Minister for Justice, Dialogue

and the Family has established the 1st September, 2012, as the date

when the provisions of articles 3, 6 – 16, 18, 19, 20, 21(3) – (5), 23 –

40, 43 – 45, 47(2) – (3) and 48 of the said Act shall come into force.
