Correction of Laws Order, 2012 -

Anti-Doping Regulations (L.N. 281 of 2011)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In the Maltese version of regulation 11(3)(c) of the Anti-

Doping Regulations, 2011, the words "għall-ewwel ksur minimu ta’

sentejn ineliāibilità" shall be corrected to read "għall-ewwel ksur

2011. minimu ta’ sena u massimu ta’ sentejn ineliāibilità".

The Minister for Justice, Dialogue and the Family has

established the 15th July, 2011, as the date on which the correction

made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice

shall be deemed to have come into force.
