Continuation of Tenancies (Means Testing Criteria)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2012

BY virtue of the powers given by article 1531F and 1622A of the

Civil Code, the Minister for Justice, Dialogue and the Family, in

consultation with the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment, has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — 154 tal-2012 – Regolamenti tal-2012 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar it-Tkomplija tal-Kirja (Kriterji ta’ Test tal-Mezzi) Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Continuation of

Tenancies (Means Testing Criteria) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012,

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Continuation of Tenancies (Means Testing Criteria) Regulations,

2011. 2011, hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 5 of the principal regulations. — 154 tal-2012 – Regolamenti tal-2012 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar it-Tkomplija tal-Kirja (Kriterji ta’ Test tal-Mezzi) Open official source

In sub-regulation (6) of regulation 5 of the principal

regulations, for the words "under paragraphs (e) and (f) to the first

proviso of article 106 (e) of the Social Security Act", there shall be

substituted the words "under paragraphs (e) and (f) of the first proviso

to article 106 of the Social Security Act".

In sub-regulation (5) of regulation 6 of the principal

regulations, for the words "under paragraphs (e) and (f) to the first
