Commencement Notice of the Limitation of Emissions of Volatile
Organic Compounds Regulations, 2010
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 61 of the
Environment and Development Planning Act, and in terms of
regulation 1(2) of the Limitation of Emissions of Volatile Organic
Compounds Regulations, 2010, as published by Legal Notice 349 of
2010, the Minister for Tourism, Culture and the Environment has
established the 13th April, 2012, as the date when the said regulations
shall come into force.
