COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

(CAP. 169)

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 3) Order, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 3) Order, 2012.

The land described in article 4 is hereby specified for the

purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 4 shall, with effect from the 1st January, 2011, be deemed to

have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965) as

provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is the

following

(a)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Xewkija Industrial Estate, Gozo shown bordered in red and

marked with the letter ‘A’ on plan P.D. 2011_486, which plan is

enrolled in the records of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a

deed of the 23rd June, 2011; and

(b)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Xewkija Industrial Estate, Gozo, shown bordered in red and

marked with the letter ‘B’ on plan P.D. 2011_486, which plan is

enrolled in the records of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a

deed of the 23rd June, 2011.
