Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws (Civil Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2010, the Minister

responsible for justice has established the 23rd April, 2012, as the

date when the provisions of articles  of the said Act shall

come into force.
