Conservation of Wild Birds (Declaration on a Derogation for a

2012 Spring Hunting Season for Turtledove and Quail)

Regulations, 2012

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 61 of the

Environment and Development Planning Act, and by regulation 10(6)

of the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations, and by regulations 3

and 5 of the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a

Derogation Opening a Spring Hunting Season for Turtle Dove and

Quail) Regulations, the Minister for Tourism, Culture and the

Environment has made the following regulations:-
