FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND AUDIT ACT

(CAP. 174)

Public Procurement (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2012

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the

Financial Administration and Audit Act, the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Public Citation and

Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, and these regulations commencement.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 1st January, 2012.

In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 55 of the principal Amends

In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 70 of the principal Amends

regulations, for the words "four million and eight hundred and forty- regulation

Regulation 71 of the principal regulations shall be

amended as follows

(a) in sub-regulation (1) thereof, for the words "four

Paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to the principal regulations shall

be amended as follows

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) thereof, for the words

"€125,000" there shall be substituted the words "€130,000";

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) thereof, for the words

"€193,000" there shall be substituted the words "€200,000", and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (c) thereof, for the words

"€4,845,000" there shall be substituted the words "€5,000,000".
