MALTA FINANCIAL SERVICES ACT

(CAP. 330)

Financial Services Tribunal (Fees) Regulations, 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 21(15) of the

Malta Financial Services Authority Act, the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment, acting on the advice of the Malta Financial

Services Authority, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Financial Services Citation.

Tribunal (Fees) Regulations, 2012.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires

"the Authority" means the Malta Financial Services Authority

established in terms of article 3 of the Malta Financial Services Cap. 330.
