(CAP. 35)

Fees leviable by Government Departments

(Amendment) Regulations, 2011

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 2(1) and (3) of

the Fees Ordinance, the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs, with

the concurrence of the Minister of Finance has made the following

regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — 98 tal-2011 – Regolamenti tal-2011 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar id-Drittijiet li jitħallsu fid-Dipartimenti tal-Gvern Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Fees leviable by

Government Departments (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Fees leviable

by Government Departments Regulations, hereinafter referred to as

the "principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends the Schedule to the principal regulations. — 98 tal-2011 – Regolamenti tal-2011 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar id-Drittijiet li jitħallsu fid-Dipartimenti tal-Gvern Open official source

Under the heading "MINISTRY FOR HOME AFFAIRS,

Police" in the Schedule to the principal regulations, for the words and

figures

"Conduct certificates

L.N. 21 of 1961

For any conduct certificate issued under the

provision of the Conduct Certificates Ordinance

(Chapter 77) ........................................................... 0.58"

there shall be substituted the following

"Conduct certificates

L.N. 21 of 1961

Certificates issued under the provisions of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Cap. 77)

For the issue of a certificate of conduct .................. 2.50

for the issue of a declaration of conduct .................. 2.50

for the issue of a complete record of criminal

convictions ............................................................ 5.00".
