CONDUCT CERTIFICATES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 77)

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister of Justice and Home

Affairs has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates Citation.

Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Conduct Certificates Cap. 77.

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance".

In article 4(2) of the Ordinance, immediately after the Amends article

words "to be given a declaration" there shall be added the words ", 4(2)

The First Schedule to the Ordinance shall be amended as Amends the

for the words and figures "Fee paid €2.33" in Form

A thereof, there shall be substituted the words and figures

(b) for the words and figures "Fee paid €2.33" in Form

B thereof, there shall be substituted the words and figures

"Fee paid €2.50"; and

(c)

immediately after Form B thereof, there shall be
