LOCAL COUNCILS ACT

(CAP. 363)

Local Councils (Delegation of Function)

(Police Licences) (Amendment) Order, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (w) of sub-

article (1) of article 33 of the Local Councils Act, the Prime Minister

has made the following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Local Councils

(Delegation of Function) (Police Licences) (Amendment) Order,

2011, and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Local

Councils (Delegation of Function) (Police Licences) Order,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".

(2) This order shall come into force on the 15th day of March

2011.

In sub-article (1) of article 3 of the principal Order, the

words "and the renewal of an authority under the Use of Amusement

Machines (Restriction) Regulations" shall be deleted.
