Revocation of the Electronic Communications Networks and

Services (General) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 44 of the

Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for

Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, after consultation

with the Minister for Finance, the Economy and Investment and

with the Malta Communications Authority, has made the following

regulations

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of the

Electronic Communications Networks and Services (General)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010.

The Electronic Communications Networks and Services

(General) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2010 are hereby being
