Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 3

of the Banking Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services

Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 9

April 2012 and the 26 December 2012 as bank holidays.
