Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs

has made the following regulations:-

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2011 487 — Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

The title of these regulations is the Administrative Review

Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) (Amendment) (No. 4)

Regulations, 2011 and these regulations shall be read and construed

as one with the Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of

Panels) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

Paragraphs (e) and (f) of sub-regulation (8) of regulation 3

of the principal regulations shall be renumbered as (f) and (g)

respectively and immediately after subparagraph (d) there shall be

added the following new subparagraph

Checks)
