Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Trading Licences (Amendment) Act, 2011, the Minister of Finance,

the Economy and Investment has established the 9th December, 2011,

as the date when the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
