President of Malta and other Officers (Revision of Salaries)

Order, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 3 of the

President of Malta and other Officers (Salaries) Act, hereinafter

referred to as “the Act”, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-

The title of this order is the President of Malta and other

Officers (Revision of Salaries) Order, 2011, and it shall be deemed

to have come into effect on the 1st January, 2011.

There shall be paid to the President of Malta, instead of

the salary prescribed by article 2 of the Act, a salary of € 53,519

with effect from the 1st January 2011.

There shall be paid to the holder of the office specified

in the first column of the Schedule hereto instead of the salary

prescribed by article 3 of the Act, the annual salary respectively

specified in the second column of that Schedule.
