(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010

(ACT NO. IX OF 2010)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2(2) of the Laws

(Arbitration and Mediation Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2010,

Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 10th

November, 2011, as the date when the provisions of articles 6, 7(a), 8,

9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the said Act shall come into force.
