Elections of Administrative Committees for Communities

(List of Expenses) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 47A(5) of the

Local Councils Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Elections of

Administrative Committees for Communities (List of Expenses)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2011 and they shall be read and

construed as one with the Elections of Administrative Committees

for Communities (List of Expenses) Regulations, 2010, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal regulations”.

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations for the words

“23rd March, 2010,” there shall be substituted the words “27th

March, 2010,”.
