Commencement Notice of the Waste Management (Shipments
of Waste) Regulations, 2011
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 61 of the
Environment and Development Planning Act and in terms of
regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management (Shipments of Waste)
Regulations, 2011, as published by Legal Notice 285 of 2011 on
the 19th July, 2011, the Prime Minister has established the 3rd
November, 2011 as the date when the provisions of the Waste
Management (Shipments of Waste) Regulations, 2011 shall come
into force.
