Notice of Application Fees in terms of the
High Net Worth Individuals - EU/EEA/Swiss Nationals
Rules, 2011
and the
High Net Worth Individuals – Non-EU/EEA/Swiss Nationals
Rules, 2011
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of
regulation 3(1) of the High Net Worth Individuals - EU/EEA/Swiss
Nationals Rules, 2011 and of regulation 3(1) of the High Net Worth
Individuals - Non-EU/EEA/Swiss Nationals Rules, 2011, made under
the Income Tax Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and
Investment has determined the application fee according to the above-
mentioned rules to be six thousand euro (€6,000). This fee is not
refundable.
