Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Small

Business Act, 2011, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment has established the 1st October, 2011, as the date when the

provisions of the said Act - except articles 3(2)(a) and (b), 4, 13, 15

and 16 thereof - shall come into force.
