State Financed Residential Services Rates (Amendment)

Regulations, 2011

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 84(3) of the

Social Security Act, the Minister of Education, Employment and

the Family, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations:–

Reg. 1 Title. — 404 tal-2011 – Regolamenti tal-2011 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar Rati għal Servizzi Residenzjali Finanzjati mill-Istat Open official source

The title of these regulations is the State Financed

Residential Services Rates (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 and

they shall be read and construed as one with the State Financed

Residential Services Rates Regulations, 2004, hereinafter referred

to as “the principal regulations”.

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 5 of the principal regulations. — 404 tal-2011 – Regolamenti tal-2011 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar Rati għal Servizzi Residenzjali Finanzjati mill-Istat Open official source

In regulation 5 of the principal regulations, immediately

before the words “Mount Carmel Hospital” there shall be inserted

the words “Mater Dei Hospital” and “Rehabilitation Hospital Karin

Grech”.
