Local Wardens (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 24 of the Private

Guards and Local Wardens Act, the Minister for Justice and Home

Affairs has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Local Wardens

(Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Local Wardens Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

Subregulation (2) of regulation 4 of the principal

regulations shall be deleted.

In subregulation (2) of regulation 7 of the principal

regulations the words "and an annual fee of eleven euro and sixty-five

cents (11.65) on its renewal" shall be deleted.
