Maltapost p.l.c. Licence (Modification) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 80(1) and
(2) and by article 81 of the Postal Services Act, the Minister for
Infrastructure, Transport and Communications, after consultation
with the Malta Communications Authority, has made the following
regulations
(1) The title of these regulations is the Maltapost p.l.c.
Licence (Modification) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and they
shall be read and construed as one with the Maltapost p.l.c. Licence
(Modification) Regulations, 2004, hereinafter referred to as “the
principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come
into force on the 29th July 2011.
The Appendix to the Schedule to the principal regulations
shall be amended as follows
(a) for the words “Maltapost p.l.c. Universal Service
Product Price List as at August 2010”, there shall be
substituted the words “Maltapost p.l.c. Universal Service
Product Price List as at July 2011”; and
(b) section 2 thereof shall be amended as follows
(i) in the classification “INLAND MAIL”, in the
item “Letters”, for the words
