Kunsill Malti gall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 8) Order, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport Citation.

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 8) Order, 2011.

The property described in article 4 of this Order is hereby Designated

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use property.

and management of all rights and obligations appertaining to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this Appointed day.

Order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport as

provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st January

2011.

having an area of approximately one hundred fifty-eight square

metres (158 m 2 ) and bounded on the North, West and South by

Government property as indicated edged in red on
