Code of Organization and Civil Procedure

(Amendment of Schedule A) Regulations, 2011

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1004 of the

Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister for Justice

and Home Affairs has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Code of Citation and

Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment of Schedule A) commencement.

Regulations, 2011, and these regulations shall be read and

construed as one with Schedule A to the Code of Organization and Cap. 12

Civil Procedure, hereinafter referred to as "Schedule A".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st October,

2011.

(e)

in paragraph 20 of Tariff E thereof, for the words

"relating to the separation of married persons", there shall be

substituted the words "relating to the separation or divorce of

married persons".
