Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Administrative Review

Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) (Amendment) (No. 3)

Regulations, 2011 and these regulations shall be read and construed

as one with the Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of

Panels) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

(1)

Sub-regulation (8) of regulation 3 of the principal

regulations shall substituted by the following

"(a)

Private Guards and Local Wardens Act;

(b)

Co-operative Societies Act;

(c)

Control of Fireworks and other Explosives

Regulations;

(d)

Civil Explosives Regulations;

(e)

National Malta Library Regulations; and

(f)

Malta Public Library Regulations.".
