STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980

(ACT IX OF 1980)

Correction of article 33 of the Malta Libraries Act, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

The words "350 Euro" in the proviso to paragraph (p) of article

33 of the Malta Libraries Act, 2011 (Act VII of 2011) shall be deleted

and there shall be substituted therefor the words "250 Euro".
