Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Retirement Pensions Act, 2011, Minister of Finance, the Economy

and Investment has established the 5th August, 2011, as the date

when the provisions of article 57 of the said Act shall come into

force.
