Local Councils and Regional Committees

(Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(1), 36(6) and

72 of the Local Councils Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is the Local Councils and Regional Citation.

Committees (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2011,

and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Local

Councils and Regional Committees (Delegation of Enforcement) S.L. 363.41

Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".

The First Schedule to the principal Order shall be Substitutes the
