COMMUNICATIONS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

(ACT NO. IX OF 2011)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 1(2) and

by articles 2(2), 42(2), and 61(2), of the Communication

Laws (Amendment) Act, 2011, hereinafter referred to as “the

Amending Act”, the Minister for the Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications has appointed the 12th July, 2011 as the date

when all the remaining articles of the Amending Act shall come

into force.
