(ACT NO. V OF 2011)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 27(2) of the

Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2011, the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment has established the 1st January, 2011, as the

date when the provisions of articles 28(b) and 29(a) of the said Act

are to be deemed to have come into force.
